VIVEK KINRA
Founder
Vivek spent most of his career in the software field but one day found himself picking up phone calls at a dental office. Being married to a dentist can make that happen. Right away Vivek got immersed in the field of dentistry and realized that the fastest path to an improved bottom line is better PPO reimbursements. After learning about the ins and outs of how the dental insurance industry is structured, he launched PPO Profits to negotiate on the dentist's behalf to get them higher fees.

Startups are beautiful from a fee negotiation and credentialing standpoint. However, most startups underestimate the time required for negotiations and credentialing. Sometimes it takes 6 months for the negotiations and credentialing process to complete which is why it's imperative you call us as soon as you know you're doing a startup!
ACQUISITIONS
Acquisitions are tricky and what you need to be most careful of. We specialize in acquisitions and for an acquisition, call us as soon as you know you will acquire a practice. One wrong move can cost a lot so it's critical that we take the right steps prior to acquiring a practice
EXISTING OFFICE RENEGOTIATIONS
If you are already in network and have not renegotiated contracts for over a year, give us a call. The dental insurance industry is complex and there are often optimizations available that can be done with existing contracts to give your fees a big boost!
